PACT was a DHS predecessor in GU during mid 2023 in the NYC era of GU. PACT was founded by a radical Chinese person named Jester, who brought along a bunch of mil-sim goons into his ranks.
Controversies
PACT soon became a rogue agency in GU, operating with absolute unhinged behavior without explicit approval from the big mustache man Jirxel himself. A bunch of racist goons would soon appear, which resulted in the lynching's of FearedServius and Toastyman898 in front of the White House.
